| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBT）治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的手术体会。方法：采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤100例,并定期随访1~10年。结果：采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤的平均手术时间为35 min,术中无严重出血,术后无严重的并发症。结论：TURBT治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少,可作为浅表性膀胱肿瘤的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the experience in surgical treatment about the transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor.Methods: For 100 cases of bladder tumor were treated by TURBT,and these patients were followed up for 1 year to 10 years.Results: The average time of TURBT was 35 min.None of the patients suffered from severe haemorrhage and severe operative complications.Conclusion: TURBT could be the first selection for superficial bladder tumor with litter trauma because of less pain,fast recovery an... |
