| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双胎妊娠中胎儿性别对分娩孕周的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2008年3月至2009年7月住院分娩的94例双胎妊娠产妇资料,按胎儿性别分为双男胎、双女胎、一男一女胎三组,对其孕周及早产率进行比较与分析。结果三组双胎妊娠产妇年龄和双胎儿平均体质量间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),孕周和早产例数间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双男胎组孕周最短,双女胎组孕周最长。三组双胎妊娠产妇双男胎组早产率最高,双女胎组早产率最低。结论双胎妊娠中胎儿性别影响妊娠孕周,男胎是导致早产的一个因素。
