| 摘 要： | 目的观察利胆汤治疗胆囊结石胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法胆囊结石胆囊炎患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例采用常规治疗(抗炎、解痉等)同时口服利胆汤;对照组33例单纯采用常规治疗。结果治疗组显效25例(75.7%),有效7例(21.2%),无效1例(3%),总有效率97%。而对照组显效15例(45.4%),有效11例(33.3%),无效7例(21.2%),总有效率78.7%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论利胆汤治疗胆囊结石胆囊炎确切有效,能减少患者痛苦,且方法简便易行。
