| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘是由多种细胞和细胞因子参与的肺部慢性炎症性疾病,发病机制尚未完全清楚。目前认为,Th1/Th2反应失衡导致Th2细胞过度激活是支气管哮喘重要的免疫学机制之一。现对近年新发现的不同种类的白细胞介素在哮喘发病机制中的作用进行综述,确定了白细胞介素在哮喘发生、发展中的地位,对哮喘的临床实践有一定的指导意义。
