| 摘 要： | 贲门失弛缓症的诊断主要依靠临床表现、辅助检查。临床表现主要为吞咽困难;辅助检查主要包括食管压力测定、胃镜、上消化道造影,其中高分辨率食管压力测定特异性最高。治疗方式主要有药物治疗、内镜下治疗、手术治疗等。扩张治疗一直是主要的治疗方式,十余年前开始腹腔镜下手术治疗。现认为腹腔镜下贲门肌切开术+部分胃底折叠术疗效最好。
