| 摘 要： | 目的分析肝脏常见病变的弥散加权成像(DWI)信号表现及其病理基础,提高对肝脏病变的认识。方法观察肝脏常见病灶的DWI信号特征,结合病理检查结果,分析、总结肝脏病变的组织成分和DWI信号之间的关系。结果 DWI能够清晰地显示各种常见病灶,肝脏病变不同组织类型具有不同的特征性表现。结论肝脏病变的DWI较为真实地反映了其病理成分,有助于医师明确诊断结果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diffusion-weighted imagine(DWI)signal and its pathological basis and improve understanding about lesions of liver.Methods To observe the liver lesions signal of DWI imagines,compare to the pathology,then summarized the relationship of them.
