妊娠期糖尿病发病机制的研究进展

妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是指在妊娠期间首次发现或发生的糖代谢异常,是妊娠期常见的并发症之一,发生率逐年升高。其发病相关因素有:胰岛素抵抗、自身的免疫遗传因素及慢性炎症等。GDM的病因至今尚不清楚,胰岛素抵抗和胰岛p细胞分泌降低被认为是GDM发病机制的重要环节。脂肪组织可以分泌一系列细胞因子,影响孕妇对糖的代谢,但对GDM的发生、发展机制还有待进一步研究。现对GDM发病机制的研究进展予以综述。
