| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者凝血四项测定的临床意义。方法检测158例PIH患者的血浆凝血酶原时间﹑活化部分凝血活酶时间﹑纤维蛋白原定量及凝血酶时间,以探讨凝血四项指标变化在PIH患者发病过程中的作用。结果 PIH患者凝血四项结果与健康非妊娠妇女、正常妊娠妇女比较差异有统计学意义,轻﹑中﹑重度PIH患者血浆凝血酶原时间﹑活化部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶时间依次缩短,纤维蛋白原含量逐渐升高,且与病情的轻重相平衡,提示PIH患者处于血栓前状态。结论在PIH的发展过程中,存在着凝血和纤溶系统的平衡紊乱,动态检测PIH患者体内凝血因子的变化,及时采取相应的措施,对减少产科意外的发生及指导治疗,预防病情发展有非常重要的临床意义。
