| 摘 要： | 目的评价盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗骨关节炎的远期疗效及安全性。方法 128例早、中期膝骨关节炎患者随机分为2组:试验组64例,给予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖2个疗程后,改用维持剂量;对照组64例以相同剂量治疗2个疗程后停药。采用Lequesne指数作为疗效评定指标。结果两组2个疗程后Lequesne指数与治疗前相比均明显下降,两组治疗后6个月及1年的Lequesne总指数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年试验组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖可以有效缓解骨关节炎症状,远期疗效稳定。长期服用效果更佳,用药安全可靠、方便。
