| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨贝那普利及自拟中药方剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将46例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组，对照组给予贝那普利加缬沙坦，观察组给予自拟中药方剂。治疗2个月，观察24h尿总蛋白定量、血糖、血钾。结果：治疗2个月后，患者血压、尿蛋白均有不同程度下降，观察组尿蛋白下降程度优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟中药方剂治疗糖尿病肾病疗效优于贝那普利。
