| 摘 要： | 肿瘤多药耐药是指肿瘤细胞对一种抗肿瘤药物耐药的同时对其他结构和作用机制不同的抗肿瘤药物也产生耐药性,是导致恶性肿瘤化疗失败和预后不良的重要原因,故逆转肿瘤多药耐药是治疗肿瘤重要的辅助手段。姜黄素是从姜科植物姜黄中提取的一种色素,具有广泛的生物活性。目前研究表明姜黄素具有较强的逆转肿瘤多药耐药的活性。
