盐酸法舒地尔治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

目的：探讨盐酸法舒地尔在改善缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损评分中的作用。方法：130例确诊的急性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予法舒地尔治疗,对照组给予苦碟子治疗,比较2周后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分情况,并进行临床疗效评价。结果：治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显改善,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分改善情况较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸法舒地尔可显著改善脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损评分,改善患者的神经功能恢复和预后,具有较好的安全性。
