| 摘 要： | 目的了解急性心肌梗死心电图ST-T变化与相关梗死冠状动脉的关系。方法选取2010年1～6月瑞金医院66例急性心肌梗死患者。行12导联心电图、心肌蛋白检测,根据需要加作18导联心电图;所有患者行冠状动脉造影术。观察不同部位心肌梗死心电图ST-T变化。结果 19例右冠状动脉病变中,ST段Ⅲ>Ⅱ19例,ST段Ⅰ、aVL下降15例;左旋支病变中,ST抬高Ⅱ>Ⅲ8例,ST段Ⅰ、aVL抬高7例。前壁心肌梗死,左前降支近端狭窄引起,V1～V5ST段抬高8例;左前降支中远端狭窄引起,V1～V3ST段抬高6例。结论根据急性心肌梗死心电图ST-T变化可以预测相关梗死血管,有助于预计可能出现的不良心血管事件及并发症。
