实时荧光定量-PCR和酶联免疫吸附法检测巨细胞病毒-IgM抗体的比较

摘    要:目的:比较实时荧光定量-PCR和酶联免疫吸附法检测巨细胞病毒-IgM抗体水平的敏感性及准确率。方法:收集108例孕前筛查妇女,同时采用实时荧光定量-PCR和酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血巨细胞病毒-IgM抗体水平,并对这两种检测方法的阳性率进行比较。结果:实时荧光定量-PCR法阳性率为74%,酶联免疫吸附法为57%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);18例荧光定量-PCR法阳性的妇女血清巨细胞病毒-IgM拷贝数低于10-4/ml。结论:实时荧光定量-PCR与酶联免疫吸附法相比,对巨细胞病毒-IgM抗体检测具有较高的敏感性和准确率,值得临床推广使用。
