107例维持性血液透析患者死因分析

目的 对终末期肾病血液透析死亡患者进行回顾性分析,分析患者死亡特点,以便改善血液透析患者的预后.方法 回顾性分析本院2010年4月至2015年7月透析死亡患者共107例,统计患者年龄、透析龄、原发病、死亡原因等.结果 死亡患者以60～80岁多见,原发病以糖尿病肾病、慢性肾小球肾炎、高血压肾病为主,死亡的主要原因为心脑血管疾病、肺部感染、全身衰竭、猝死,部分因心脑血管疾病死亡患者与患者依从性差有关.猝死多发于周末、周一等透析间期长的时段.结论 改善血液透析患者预后应重视其心脑血管疾病的预防、预防感染、对部分透析患者予心理治疗、增强医患合作.

Cause of death among 107 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the cause of death of end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods Clinical data of 107 dead patients undergoing hemodialysis from April 2010 to July 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Dead patients were given priority to 60-80 years old.The primary disease was diabetic nephropathy,chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertensive nephropathy.The main causes of death were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,pulmonary infection,systemic failure and sudden death.Some patients died of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases related to the poor compliance.Sudden death occurred frequendy in the long dialysis interval of the weekend or Monday.Conclusion This study suggests that more attention should be paid to the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and infection,and psychological treatment need to be used to improve the prognosis of the patients undergoing hemodialysis.
