| 摘 要： | 器官移植技术的发展突飞猛进,但宿主移植排斥反应是限制器官移植的一大障碍,其本质上是一种针对异型移植抗原的特异性免疫应答,已成为目前研究的热点.移植排斥反应过程机理复杂,涉及众多细胞因子的参与,白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、干扰素(INF)-γ、IL-10等均在其过程中发挥重要作用.了解细胞因子与移植排斥反应的关系很有意义.

| Abstract: | Organ transplantation is developed by leaps and bounds,however,there is a big barrier that the main graft rejection reaction which limits organ transplantation.It is a kind of specific immune response to different transplantation antigens substantially.The mechanism and process of graft rejection reaction is complicated,many cytokines(IL-2、IL-4 、INF-γ、IL-10) play a vital role on organ transplant rejection.It is important to summarize the relationship between graft rejection reaction and cytokines. |
