麝香保心丸治疗维持性血液透析患者慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的 分析和研究麝香保心丸治疗维持性血液透析患者慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 选取本院2013年8月至2014年8月维持性血液透析患者合并有慢性心力衰竭症状者共58例,将其随机分为两组,对照组29例与观察组29例.对照组患者采用常规治疗方法进行临床治疗(钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、地高辛以及每周3次血液透析,每次透析时间4h),观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加服麝香保心丸进行临床治疗,两组患者治疗8周后检测心搏出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI),两组进行对照比较.结果 观察组患者的各项指标较治疗前均显著改善,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 麝香保心丸能降低心肌耗氧量,增强心肌收缩力,减轻炎症反应,改善心衰症状.将麝香保心丸应用于维持性血液透析患者心衰的治疗中,能够帮助改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用与推广.

Research on the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objectives To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shexiangbaoxin pill in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Totally 58 chronic heart failure in patients with manitenace hemodialysis from August 2013 to August 2014 in the hospital were selected as the study objects,who were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group eauqlly.The control group was treated with conventional treatment methods(calcium antagonists,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,beta blockers,digoxin and weekly hemodialysis 3 times,each lasting for four hours),the observation group was treated with conventional therapy and Shexiang Baoxin Pill.The cardiac output (SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic volume index(LVESVI) and left ventricular end diastolic volume index (LVEDVI) were compared with two groups after 8 weeks.Results After treatment,All indexes of observation group were significantly improved the effective rate of treatment group was significantly much better than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Shexiang Baoxin Pills could reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption,enhance myocardial contractility,reduce inflammation,improve the symptoms of heart failure.Shexiangbaoxin pill is used in maintenance hemodialysis patients with heart failure,which cansignificantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
