| 摘 要： | 目的观察心元胶囊对冠心病高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和心电图的影响。方法采用自身对照观察99例冠心病患者服用心元胶囊前后hs-CRP、心绞痛症状及全身症状改善情况。以4周为1个疗程，3个疗程后统计疗效。结果hs—CRP由（20．39±8．42）mg／L改善为（6．37±2．21）mg／L，与治疗前相比均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；心元胶囊治疗心绞痛总有效率为93．94％，心电图总有效率达到76．8％。结论心元胶囊对冠心病疗效明显，明显降低CRP，且无任何毒副作用。
