| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的有效治疗方法。方法:对21例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者治疗进行回顾性总结。结果:19例患者经过保守治疗痊愈,治愈率90.5%。2例患者保守治疗效果不佳行手术治疗。结论:保守治疗是炎性肠梗阻的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effective treatment of early postoperative inflammatory in testinal obstruction.Method:We summarized retrospectively the experience of 21 cases,cure rate was 90.5% with early postoperative inflammatory sin testinal bowel obstruction.Results:19 cases early postoperative inflammatory in testinal obstruction patients recovered by conservative treatments,cure rate was 90.5% 2 cases were operated after invalid conservative treatments.Conclusion: Conservative treatment is effective for early postoperative inflammatory in testinal obstruction. |
