摘 要: | 目的 : 研究瘦素与其它激素在青春期中的变化规律及其相互关系。方法 : 1 0~1 6岁单纯性肥胖与正常学生各 3 0 0名 ,测定其血中的瘦素、性激素、生长激素及胰岛素水平。结果 : 随着年龄增长 ,瘦素在男生中呈现由低→高→低的变化规律 ,在女生中呈现逐渐增高趋势 ;性激素在各组学生中均呈现增高趋势 ;生长激素表现为在某一年龄段的突增 ,并且男女生的突增时间不同 (男生 :1 4~ 1 5岁 ;女生 :1 3~ 1 4岁 ) ;胰岛素变化无明显规律 ,各年龄段肥胖学生血中瘦素和胰岛素水平均明显高于正常学生 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;各年龄段肥胖男生生长激素水平明显低于正常男生 (P<0 .0 1 )。此外 ,男生睾酮与瘦素呈负相关 (肥胖组 :r=- 0 .83 ,P<0 .0 1 ;正常组 :r=- 0 .93 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ;女生雌二醇与瘦素呈正相关 (肥胖组 ;r=0 .84,P<0 .0 1 ;正常组 :r=0 .95 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ;生长激素在男生中与瘦素呈负相关 (肥胖组 :r=- 0 .74,P<0 .0 5 ;正常组 :r=- 0 .6 9,P<0 .0 5 ) ,在女生中与瘦素呈正相关 (肥胖组 :r=0 .5 8,P<0 .0 5 ;正常组 :r=0 .6 7,P<0 .0 1 ) ,胰岛素在正常女生中与瘦素呈正相关 (r=0 .5 4 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 : 瘦素对青春期的启动可能具有重要作用 ,在女性可能比男性更为重要 ;瘦素与生长激素相关关系的两

STUDY ON CHANGING REGULARITY OF LEPTIN AND SOME HORMONES DURING PUBERTY IN OBESE AND NORMAL CHILDREN |

Abstract: | Objective: To study the changing regularity of leptin and some hormones during puberty in children and the relationship between them. Methods: The levels of leptin, sex hormones, growth hormone (GH) and insulin (INS) were measured in blood in 300 obese and 300 normal children, aged 10~16. Results: With increase of age, leptin levels ranged from low to high and to low in boys, while leptin had increasing tendency in girls. Sex hormones had increasing tendency in all groups. The change of GH levels showed sudden increase and sudden decrease in all groups, but the time of sudden increase in boys differed from girls. There were no obvious regularity in INS change. In each age stage, serum leptin and INS levels were significantly increased (P<0.01) in obese children compared with controls, while GH levels were significantly decreased (P<0.01) in obese boys compared with control boys. Results also showed that there was significant negative correlation between testosterone and leptin in boys (obese group: r= -0 83 , P<0.01; normal group: r=-0.93, P<0.01), while estradiol was positively correlated with leptin in girls (obese group: r=0.84, P<0.01; normal groups: r=0.95, P<0.01). GH was negatively correlated with leptin in boys (obese group: r=-0.74, P<0.05; normal group: r=-0.69, P<0.05) and positively correlated with leptin in girls(obese group:r=0.58, P<0 05; normal group: r=0.67,P< 0.01 ). There was positive correlation between INS and leptin in normal girls (r=0.54, P<0.05). Conclusion: Leptin might have important effect on pubertal onset in children and play more roles in pubertal development in girls than in boys. There are gender differences in the correlations between leptin and GH, which may cause the differences of the time of sudden growth in boys and girls. |
