| 摘 要： | 应用自行研制的经穴伏安特性检测仪 ,对太渊、大陵、神门及对照点伏安曲线进行 4 8h测试 ,对穴位伏安特性昼夜对应时间的观察值以及昼夜均值进行比较。定性定量分析结果显示 ,穴位伏安面积昼夜对应时间及昼夜均值不存在统计学差异而惯性面积则存在显著差异。结果提示 ,穴位惯性面积比伏安面积能更敏感地反映人体的生理变化 ,可作为穴位电学特性的一个主要观察指标 ;不同时间穴位惯性面积的差异是针灸择时取穴的重要实验依据

| Abstract: | By volt ampere detecting device,the volt ampere curves of acupoints Taiyuan(LU9),Daling (PC7) and Shenmen(HT7) were detected for forty eight hours.The value of volt ampere of acupoints at the corresponding time of day and night was compared.It was found that there was significant difference at the corresponding time of day and night for inertia area,but not for volt ampere area.The result indicates that the inertia area could reflect the physiological changes more sensitively compare to the volt ampere area and thus could be used as an important index of electricity characteristic of acupoint.The differences of inertia area of acupoints at different time provide experimental basis for selecting time of acupuncturing acupoint. |
