| 摘 要： | 对酶法测定血糖使用较多的葡萄糖氧化酶－过氧化物酶（ＧＯＤ－ＰＯＤ）法与参考方法己糖激酶（ＨＫ）法从线性范围、重复性、试剂稳定性、呈色稳定性及常见的干扰物－尿酸、ＶｉｔＣ、肌酐及黄疸、溶血等进行了比较，结果表明ＧＯＤ－ＰＯＤ法在线性、范围、重复性试剂稳定性、呈邑稳定性及特异性等方面均能满足一般临床要求。且与ＨＫ法相关性良好，相关方程为：Ｙ＿（ＧＯＤ－ＰＯＤ）＝１．００８３Ｘ＿（ＨＫ）－０．０５９９，＝０．９９９０。

| Abstract: | A comparative study of GOD-POD method in blood glucose measurement with that of the reference method(HK)and the results of GOD-POD method showed that the linearity,precision,specificity and reagent stability can meet the clinical demands.and correlate well with that of the HK method,Y_(COD-POD)=1.0083X_(HK)-0.0599,r=0.9990. |
