| 摘 要： | 通过大孔吸附树脂、MCI树脂、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从华南木姜子树枝乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到11个化合物,分别为N-反式-3,4-亚甲二氧基肉桂酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(1),N-反式对香豆酰基-3-0-甲基多巴胺(2),N-顺式对香豆酰基-3-O-甲基多巴胺(3),(+)-芝麻素(4),(+)-松脂素(5),4,4′-二羟基-3,3-二甲氧基木脂烷-7-酮(6),4-羟基-3,5′-二甲氧基-4′,7-环氧-8,3′-新木脂烷-9,9′-二醇(7),苯甲酸(8),对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(9),对羟基苯甲醛(10)和4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇(11).化合物1为一新化合物,化合物2～n均为首次从该植物中分离得到. |
