摘    要:多糖广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物中,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、免疫调节等多种生物学活性.多精抗肿瘤活性显著并且对人体毒副作用小,是目前抗肿瘤药物研究领域的热点,因此将多糖开发为新型抗肿瘤药物具有较高的潜在价值.该文综述了近5年来研究发现的具有明显抗肿瘤作用的动物多糖、植物多糖、微生物多糖;研究结果显示,多糖是通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等直接作用及通过免疫增强的间接作用发挥抗肿瘤的;对多糖抗肿瘤活性研究进行了展望.

Abstract:Polysaccharides widely exist in animals, plants, microorganisms, and possess various biological activities including anti-tumor, anti-virus, anti-oxidant and immunomodulatory. polysaccharides shows notable anti-tumor activity and less toxicity, and becomes a hotspot in the studies of anti-tumor drugs. Therefore, there is huge potential for developing polysaccharides into a novel anti-tumor medicine. This article summarized polysaccharides derived from animals, plants, microorganisms which have significant anti-tumor effect in the latest 5 years; findings indicate that polysaccharides show the anti-tumor effect directly by inducing tumor cell apoptosis and indirectly as an immunoenhancement. This article also looks into the future of studies on anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides.
