| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用临床护理路径管理胃肠肿瘤病人的效果。方法：随机将印例胃肠肿瘤病人分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组应用临床护理路径进行管理，对照组应用传统诊疗护理方法进行管理，对两组病人的住院天数、住院费用进行比较。结果：观察组病人的住院天数、住院费用较对照组明显减少。结论：临床护理路径作为一种新的医疗护理模式，在临床实践中切实可行，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of managing the gastrointesitial neoplasms with the clinical nursing pathway. Methods: 60 cases with gastrointesginal neoplasms were randomly divided into observed and the control groups with 30 cases in each group. The observed group was managed with clinical nursing pathway, the control group was managed with traditional nursing way, the hopital-ization days and expense of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: The hospitalization days and expenses of the patients in the observed group were obviously decreased than that of the control group. Conclusion: As a new medical nursing mode, the clinical nursing pathway is feasible and worth of popularization in clinical practice. |
