人参皂甙对雄性小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的辐射防护作用

摘    要:利用小鼠腹腔注射人参皂甙,观察人参皂甙对X射线照射小鼠骨髓细胞染色体损伤的防护作用。结果表明,不同浓度的人参皂甙(12.5~200mg/kg)对0.5GyX射线诱发小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变具有明显的防护作用,且以50mg/kg防护效果最佳。50mg/kg的人参皂甙对不同剂量(0.5~1.0Gy)X射线诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变具有防护作用,可使X射线诱发的染色体畸变率、细胞畸变率明显降低。为此,我们认为GS对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体具有保护作用。

Radioprotective effect of Ginsenoside on chromosome in bone marrow cells of male mouse
Abstract:Radioprotective effects of GS on chromosome in bone marrow cells of mice were observed in this study.The results were shown as follows:various concentrations of GS (12.5 ̄200 mg/kg) had obvious protective effects on chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells induced by 0.5 Gy X-ray,the most effectively protective dose being 50 mg/kg·Fifty GS had protective effect on chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells exposed to various X-rays doses (0.5 ̄1.0 Gy),the frequency of chromosome aberrations and aberrant cells were markedly reduced.Our findings suggest that GS has protective effect on chromosome in bone marrow cells of mice.
