| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同一品种不同产地宁夏枸杞DNA指纹图谱特征。方法采用RAPD技术对全国四大商品区的枸杞道地品种宁夏枸杞的主栽品种宁杞1号的叶片和宁夏商品区的制品枸杞子进行了DNA指纹图谱特征研究。结果四大商品区的宁夏枸杞叶片DNA指纹图谱一致,而制品枸杞子的DNA指纹图谱与叶片的有较大差异。结论DNA指纹图谱用于鉴定同种枸杞的叶片结果可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the DNA fingerprints of Lycium barbarum L.obtained from different areas.Methods DNA fingerprints of samples of leaves and fruits of Lycium barbarum L.from four large commercial centers were examined by RAPD.Results All leaves of Lycium barbarum L.showed similar fingerprints characteristics,while the fruits of Lycium barbarum L.gave considerable different results.Conclusion DNA fingerprint study is reliable for identifying Lycium barbarum L.. |
