| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药醒癫汤对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效。方法：以舒必利作为对照，在服药前及服药后分别采用18项简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、大体功能评定量表(GAS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)等量表观察疗效，以不良反应量表(TESS)观察副反应。结果：中药醒癫汤与舒必利治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效相当，但中药组副作用小。结论：中药醒癫汤治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of Xingdian Decoction, on schizophrenia with negative symptoms as main. Methods: The therapeutic effects were observed with BPRS. SANS, GAS, CGI. SDSS scales before and after administration. Reverse reactions were observed with TESS scale, and Sulpiride was used as control treatment. Results: Xingdian Decoction and Sulpiride have a similar therapeutic effect on schizophrenia with negtive symptoms as main, with the Chinese drug having less side effects. Conclusion: Xingdian Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on schiziphrenia with negative symptoms as main. |
