微创技术治疗肾上腺皮质腺瘤患者的护理

笔报道微创技术治疗7例肾上腺皮质腺瘤患的护理。根据疾病的特点及不同的手术途径，手术前予准确评估，健康教育，观察药物疗效。充分的术前准备。手术后在不同时期有计划地实施护理措施。早期密切观察生命体征变化，防范肾上腺危象、出血、尿漏，后期予康复指导和手术效果观察，监测血压、血钾浓度。护理人员根据患的个性特点和不同的手术方式，为患提供高质量的护理是微创技术治疗肾上腺皮质腺瘤患成功的保证。

Nursing of patients with adrenocortical adenoma treated with minimally invasive technique

The authors reported their experience in nursing 7 patients with adrenocortical adenoma treated with minimally invasive technique. Before operation, accurate evaluations were performed according to the characteristics of the disease and different surgical approaches, full preoperative preparation included health education, observation of drug therapeutic efficiency. After operation, nursing measures were enforced according to the plan at different periods. In the early period, close observation of vital signs was performed to prevent adrenal gland crisis, hemorrhage and urinary leak. In the later period, health instructions, observation of surgical effects, monitoring of blood pressure and blood kalium concentration. That nurses provided high quality of nursing based on the personalities and different approaches was the assurance of success in treating adrenocortical adenoma treated with minimally invasive technique.
