| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨行胰十二指肠切除术的老年患者围手术期的临床诊治特点。方法回顾分析华东医院普外科胰腺外科组2002年8月至今施行的246例胰十二指肠切除术临床资料，比较老年组和非老年组患者术后并发症的异同。结果老年组患者肺部感染、心衰和谵妄的发生率高于非老年组，两组患者吻合口漏和死亡率的差异无统计学意义。结论高龄不是胰十二指肠切除术的反指征，对老年患者当加强围手术期监护。
