| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床特点、诊治方法和预防措施。方法:对经手术和病理证实的20例剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有的患者均行病灶切除术,术后均无复发。结论:手术切除病灶是剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症唯一有效的治疗方法,而术中尽量避免和减少子宫内膜组织散落和遗留手术切口是预防本病的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods and preventive measures of abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section.Methods： We had retrospectively analyzed the data of 20 cases of abdominal wall endometriosis confirmed by the surgery and pathology.Results：All cases underwent lesion excision with no recurrence after operation. Conclusion：Lesion excision is the only effective treatment for abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section,and surgery should be careful to avoid and reduce endometrial tissue scattered and left in the surgical incision. |
