活血通络法对激素性股骨头坏死家兔模型的组织形态学影响

目的：探讨活血通络法对激素性股骨头坏死（SANFH）家兔模型的组织形态学影响,以研究其作用机制.方法： 将40只家兔随机分为空白对照组、SANFH模型组及活血通络方高、中、低3个剂量组,每组8只.用糖皮质激素造成SANFH模型,活血通络方高、中、低3个剂量组分别灌服活血通络汤混悬液10.0、5.0、2.5 ml/kg,模型组和空白对照组均灌服10 ml/kg蒸馏水.观察各组家兔一般形态,于第8周处死全部动物,并进行股骨头的组织形态学观测与测定.结果：SANFH模型组动物的一般状态差,骨坏死发生严重,活血通络方各剂量组动物一般状态较好,骨坏死发生轻.SANFH模型组空骨陷窝率明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）,活血通络方各剂量组空骨陷窝率均明显低于模型组（P＜0.05）,随着剂量的增加空骨陷窝率明显减少,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：脉络痹阻与SANFH关系密切,活血通络方能防止SANFH的发展.

Effect of Huoxuetongluofa of TCM on histomorphology in the steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head in rabbits

Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxuetongluofa of TCM on pathomorphology in the steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head (SANFH) of the rabbit model. To study the mechanism of Huoxuetongluofa of TCM on protective and cure the SANFH. Methods: 40 rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, SANFH model group, treated by high, medium,low dosage Huoxuetongluo Tang three groups after setroid-induction. We built the model by injecting hydrocortisone acetate, the treatment high, medium, low dosage three groups were administerd intraoral with 10.0, 5.0, 2.5ml/kg Huoxuetongluo Tang, both the normal group and the model group were administerd intraorally with 10 ml/kg normal saline. At 8th week, all rabbits were killed for research, Through the observation and measure indexes of slice pathomorphology of bone of the femoral head among five different groups. Results: In the SANFH model group ,animal histomorphological examination found severe femoral head necrosis.In the treatment groups,animal histomorphology of endotheliolysis indicated mild necrosis. The data of the number of empty lacuna in the SANFH model group was obviously higher than that in normal group (P<0.01); the level in treatment group were lower than those of model group (P<0.05); there were significant statistical differences between treatment group and normal group ,the three dosage groups also had statistical differences (P<0.05), The high dose group was the best. Conclusions: Mailuobizu close related with the SANFH, Huoxuetongluo Tang could speed up the reparation of the SANFH and promote osteogenesis.
