桂哌齐特治疗脑梗死64例

目的:观察桂哌齐特对脑梗死的治疗效果.方法:128例脑梗死病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用桂哌齐特注射液160 mg,静滴,qd;对照组用血塞通注射液500mg,静滴,qd;疗程28 d,观察疗效.结果:治疗前后神经功能缺损评分结果显示:两组均有降低,但治疗组降低更明显,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P＜0.01);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%,70.3%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);治疗前后两组血液流变学各项指标均有改善,治疗组改善更明显(P＜0.01).结论:桂哌齐特治疗脑梗死疗效显著,无明显不良反应.

Therapeutic Effect of Cinepazide Maleate in Treatment of 64 Cases with Brain Infarct

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of cinepazide maleate on brain infarct. Method: 128 patients with brain infarct were divided intp experimentalled group and control group in random. 160 mg of cinepazide malete injection was administered to patients of experiment group intravenously (1 time daily, for 28 days) while 500 mg of panax notoginseng saponins injection was administered to patients of controlled group by the same way. The therapeutic results of 2 groups were observed and compared statistically. Result: The post-treatment neurological impair score (NIS) of 2 groups decreased evidently compared with that of pre-treatment, and it was more significant in experimental group whenever comparing with that of pre-treatment of itself or with that of controlled group (P< 0.01). The effective rate in experimental group and controlled group was 87.5% and 70.3%, respectively, and that of the former was higher than that of the later statistically (P< 0.05). The hemodynamic items of 2 groups after treatment were improved significantly compared with that of before treatment,and it was more evident in experimental group (P< 0.01). Conclusion: There are remarkable therapeutic effects and no adverse reactions of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of brain infarct.
