北京市中学生使用烟草、酒精等成瘾性物质状况

目的了解北京市中学生吸烟、饮酒和使用违禁药品的流行情况，为开展有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自填匿名问卷集体调查方法，对北京市11所中学4620初一到高二学生进行调查。结果男生及职业高中学生吸烟、饮酒行为报告率较高，单亲／重组家庭女生吸烟行为报告率比较高。结论应正视中学生吸烟、饮酒等物质成瘾行为，尽早采取措施疏导青少年，预防物质成瘾行为的发生。

Prevalence of Smoking, Drinking and Addictive Substance Use Among Middle School Students in Beijing

Objective To study the prevalence of smoking, drinking and addictive drug use among middle school students in China, and to provide basis for the intervention measures. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 4 622 middle school students from grade 1 in junior middle school to grade 2 in senior middle school. Results The incidences of smoking and alcohol use were high in males and vocational high school students, and the incidence of smoking was high among females from single-parent or digamous families. Conclusion Smoking, drinking and addictive substance should be correctly treated among middle school students,and early intervention should be taken to prevent substance addiction.
