| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）全肺切除术后放疗的可行性及预后因素。方法：对67例局部中晚期非小细胞肺癌全肺切除术后残端阳性和/或淋巴结残留的患者行放疗和/或化疗,统计其生存率、副反应及死因。结果：全组中位生存时间11个月,1年生存率50.0%,3年生存率14.0%,5年生存率5.0%。Log-rank检验显示临床分期和放疗剂量显著影响长期生存率和中位无进展生存时间。Cox多因素回归分析显示分期、放疗剂量为独立预后因素。结论：对于NSCLC全肺切除术患者行术后放疗是可行的,但有必要作进一步的随机研究,选择更合适的模式以提高其长期生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of radiotherapy after pneumonectomy for lung cancer.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received radio-chemotherapy following pneumonectomy were studied and its clinical data were analyzed.Results:The median survival and the 1-,3-,5-year overall survival rate were 11 months and 50.0%,14.0%,5% for all patients.By Log-rank test,clinical stage,radiation dose showed statistically dramatic impact on overall survival and the median survival.In Cox multivariable regression,stage and radiation dose were independent prognostic facts.Conclusion:It is feasible to radiotherapy after pneumonectomy for lung cancer.Random study is nessesary to improve the long survival. |
