两种方法对肺部恶性肿瘤诊断的对比性研究

目的 用脂质结合唾液酸（ＬＳＡ）与恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子（ＴＳＧＦ）对肺癌诊断的对比性研究。方法 用改良间苯二酚法和化学比色法，同时检测５６例肺癌、６５例肺良性疾病、５０例健康成人血清中ＬＳＡ和ＴＳＧＦ的含量。结果 在肺癌患者中，ＬＳＡ阳性率为８０．４％，诊断正确率为８７．３％；ＴＳＧＦ阳性率为８５．７％，诊断正确率为８９．６％，二者结果相似。３３例各型肺癌患者的ＬＳＡ和ＴＳＧＦ水平变化与手术切除

Comparison study of lung cancer diagnosed by LSA and TSGF

Objective To evaluate the reliability of lipid-bound sialic acid (LSA) and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods The serum LSA and TSGF concentrations were measured in 56 cases of lung cancer,65 cases of benign lung diseases and 50 cases of healthy people by improved resorcinol and colorimetry methods.Results The LSA positive rate was 80.4% in the lung cancer cases;the accuracy was 87.3%.The TSGF positive rate was 85.7% in the lung cancer cancer cases;the accuracy was 89.6%.The results of LSA and TSGF were similar.In addition,the changes of LSA and TSGF concentrations in 33 cases of different types of lung cancer were related to surgery treatment.Conclusion LSA and TSGF are of significance in the observation of lung cancer during treatment.The combined use of LSA and TSGF was more valuable for raising the correct diagnosis rate of lung cancer in clinics.
