摘    要:
本文研究了多相脂质体139-2号注射液中唐松草新碱(TD)的包封率测定法。建立了凝胶柱-荧光法。考察了Sephadex G-50凝胶柱对139-2号注射液中脂质体等微粒和药物分子的分离能力、凝胶柱对脂质体等微粒的回收率、包封率的测定等。操作简便,结果可靠,重现性较好。适用于139-2号注射液的包封率质量控制。

Abstract:
The encapsulation efficiency of (139-2) was studied. With reference to theclassical sephadex column separation methed, a new method was estabilished byusing sephadex G-50 column-fluorometry. The results showed, the free drug waswell separated from liposome particles by the column, and the recovery of thelipeseme particles, and the reprcductibility of the column were quite satisfactory. The encapsulation efficiency of(139-2) was found to be about 93% due to thestrong lipophilic property of TD. The method reported here is suitable for the quality control of encapsulationefficiency of polyphase liposome injection.
