| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺加TDP治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例采用针刺加TDP治疗,对照组30例采用单纯TDP治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.1%,对照组为73.3%,有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺加TDP治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱病疗效显著、治愈率高。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the clinical curative effect of treating temporomandibular joint disorders by acupuncture plus TDP. Methods： to divide 64 cases into two groups by random. Group one includes 34 eases treated by acupuncture plus TDP. As reference, group two includes 30 eases treated simply by TDP. Then observe the differences of the two groups＇ curative effect. Result： The total effective rate of group one reaches 97. 1%, while the reference group 73.3%. This differentia （P〈 0.05 ） exposes a very profound significance. This result reveals that the clinical curative effect in group one is markedly better than group two. Conclusion ： when treating temporomandibular joint disorders acupuncture plus TDP has a high cure rate and distinct effect. |
