慢性HBV携带不同中医证型与肝脏病理相关性研究

目的:探讨慢性HBV携带者不同证型与肝组织炎症分级及纤维化分期的关系,为中医辨证提供客观依据。方法:随机选取慢性HBV携带肝郁脾虚、湿热中阻、瘀血阻络3种证型各30例,比较以上三个证型患者肝组织炎症分级(G)及纤维化分期(S)。结果:肝郁脾虚组及湿热中阻组以G0～G2、S0～S2为主,瘀血阻络证组以G3～G4、S3～S4为主。与瘀血阻络组比较,肝郁脾虚组及湿热中阻组有显著性差异(P>0.05);而湿热中阻组与肝郁脾虚组比较无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同中医证型的慢性HBV携带患者肝组织炎症及其肝纤维化情况不同。

Correlation between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Liver Pathology in Patients with Hepatitis B Viral Carrier

Objective： To investigate the relation between Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndromes and inflammation grades of liver tissue and liver fibrosis stages in the patients with hepatitis B viral （HBV） carrier, and provide evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods ： Thirty HBV carrier patients with stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen, 30 with dampness-＇heat syndrome and 30 with obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis were randomly selected. Liver biopsy was performed to determine inflammation grades of liver tissue and liver fibrosis stages. Results ： The patients with stagnation of liver-qi with de- ficiency of the spleen and dampness-heat syndrome were identified with inflammation grade GO ~ G2and liver fibrosis stage SO ~ $2, and those with obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis with inflammation grade G3- G4 and liver fibrosis stage G3 - G4. Conclusion： Different TCM Syndromes of hepatitis B viral carrier has different pathological lesions of hepatic tissue.
