葛仙汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的:观察葛仙汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予葛仙汤治疗,对照组给予口服盐酸培他司汀胶囊治疗。治疗14天后,观察60例患者治疗后临床疗效、主要症状积分改善情况。治疗前后经颅多普勒(TCD)检测两组患者双侧椎动脉的舒张期末期血流速度(Vd),及收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)变化情况。结果:(1)该临床研究治疗后临床疗效、症状积分改善情况、经颅多普勒(TCD)检测比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,说明在临床疗效、症状积分改善情况、改善椎动脉血供方面,葛仙汤优于培他司汀组。结论:葛仙汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效肯定,且未见明显的毒副反应。

Clinical Effects of GeXian Decoction on Treating Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondyiopathy

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of Gexian Decoction on the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spon- dylopathy. Methods： 60patients with vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy were randomly assigned to two groups： treatment group （ n = 30 ） and control group （ n = 30 ）. Patients of the treatment group were given Gexian Decoction, and patients of the con- trol group were given Betahistine Hydrochloride Capsule. After 14days of treatment, observing the clinical effects, main symptom scores and signs of improvement. Transcranial Doppler （TCD） had been applied in detecting the change of end-diastolic flow ve- locity and peak systolic flow velocity before and after the treatment of bilateral vertebral artery. Results： After the comparison of clinical curative effects, improvement of main symptom and signs scores, and the comparative results of Transcranial Doppler （TCD）, there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0. 05）, which means that Gex- ian Decoction was superior to Betahistine Tablets. Conclusion ： Gexian Decoction has obvious effects in the treatment of vertebro- arterial cervical spondylopathy, and has no obvious side effect or adverse reaction.
