| 摘 要： | 现今临床有关狼毒的使用颇为混乱,狼毒同名异物品主要有瑞香科、大戟科、天南星、科毛茛科等植物;《本经》中蘆茹和草蘆茹两药如今却已消失。虽然发现并指出该问题的文献数量已是不少,然而影响却不甚大,今就历代本草专著及先贤已发表的论文为参考,经考证集纂最后得出结论,狼毒正品应为瑞香狼毒,大戟科的狼毒大戟即是蘆茹,大戟科之月腺大戟即是已经消失的草蘆茹,其他科属均可视为伪品。

| Abstract: | Today, the use of clinical of Steilera chamaej＆~me is rather confused, the same name, different items are Thymelaeaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Araceae, Ranunculaceae and other plants. Lu-ru and Cao-luru are now two drugs already dis- appeared in Shennong Bencao Jing. Although the issue discovered and pointed out that the number is a lot of literature. However, the impact is not very large. Today, on the ancient herbal monographs and published papers for reference, the research is con- cluded that Stellera chamaejasme L. should be quality goods, Euphorbiaceae euphorbia Fischeriana is Lu-ru, Euphorbia ebrac- tcolata is cao-luru, Other families and genera can be regarded as counterfeit.
