| 摘 要： | 1980～1990年间,上海县消灭血吸虫病后,对钉螺及血吸虫病患者进行动态监测。结果表明:采用专业队伍查螺和群众报螺方法分别发现6处钉螺点;对18911名中小学生跟踪检查未发现新感染病例,对2499名青年进行血清环卵试验检查,阳性率为0.49％。通过发挥农村三级保健网实施监测方案,清除了残存螺点,模清了历史病人的转归,探索监测工作转入经常化、制度化的途径,巩固了本地区消灭血吸虫病的成果。

| Abstract: | This paper describe the surveillance, methods of patients and snails after eliminating schistosomiasis in Shanghai County. Through searching for snails by special staffs and residents, 2 and 4 snail spots were found respectively. After examing 18911 middle students, no new infection persons was detected, and the positive rate COPH was 0.49% in 2499 young persons. Depending on different preventive measures, we have destroyed the residual snail spots, known the future of patients suffered from the schistosomiasis, and searched for the best ways to make the surveillance of schistosomiasis frequently and regularly. |
