中西医结合治疗冻结肩的临床研究

目的：观察用中西医结合的方法综合治疗冻结肩的临床疗效.方法：对150例符合诊断标准的冻结肩患者分两组,治疗组90例采用针刀松解,手法推拿配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠、中药内服等综合治疗;对照组60例单纯应用针刀松解治疗.比较两组的临床疗效.结果：1个疗程后,治疗组90例中,优60例（66.67%）,良23例（25.55%）,优良率92.22%.与对照组比较,差异有极显著性意义（P﹤0.01）.结论：冻结肩是一种关节内外的粘连病变,是一种机体内外失衡的整体疾病,证属“本虚标实”,所以治疗宜中西医结合,标本兼治.

Clinical Research of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Shoulder Arthritis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating shoulder arthritis. Methods:150 cases with shoulder arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group (90 cases) and the contrast group (60 cases). The treatment group was treated by scalpel therapy, massage, sodium hyaluronate injection in the joint cavity and tradition Chinese medicine orally taken. The contrast group was treated by scalpel therapy only. The clinical effect of both groups was compared. Results:After one course of therapy, the excellent and good effect of 90 cases in the treatment group is 60 cases and 23 cases, with a percent of 66.67 and 25.55 respectively. The total effective ratio is 92.22%. The difference between two groups has a significant meaning (P<0.01). Conclusion:Shoulder arthritis is an adhesion disease of inside and outside joint, being an entire disease induced by unbalance of inside and outside body. The symptom belongs to "deficiency in root and excess in superficiality". So integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating shoulder arthritis is a good way to treat both Biao and Ben.
