摘    要:目的建立环介导恒温扩增技术快速检测轮状病毒的方法。方法采用环介导恒温扩增反应(LAMP)技术扩增轮状病毒特异性基因,并与传统PCR技术检测结果比较。结果 LAMP法更加简便快速、且在恒温条件下进行,特异性好,且具有更高的灵敏性。结论 LAMP方法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、操作简便快速、不需要复杂仪器设备等优点,为临床检测轮状病毒提供了快速简便的新方法 。

Abstract:Objective To detect specific gene for rotavirus in clinic samples by loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP).Methods The specific gene of rotavirus was amplified by LAMP,and compared with the detective result by PCR.Results The LAMP assay could be performed under isothermal conditions,its specificity was good and the sensitivity was higher than that of PCR.Conclusion The LAMP assay is simple,rapid,sensitive and specific,and no special apparatus is needed.These results indicate that the LAMP assay can provide a rapid and simple test for the detection of rotavirus.
