金果胃康颗粒对实验性胃黏膜损伤大鼠血浆ET-1、NO的影响

摘    要:目的:观察研究中药复方金果胃康颗粒抗胃黏膜损伤的作用及其机理。方法:50只SD系大鼠,随机分为5组:A(空白对照组)、B(模型对照组)、C(丽珠得乐组)、D(金果胃康大剂量组)、E(金果胃康小剂量组)。除空白对照组外,给大鼠灌服无水乙醇造成胃黏膜损伤模型,造模前先灌服金果胃康,观察金果胃康对黏膜损伤的影响,并测定血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET1)水平。结果:经金果胃康处理后,乙醇对大鼠的胃黏膜损伤明显减轻,损伤指数显著降低(P<0.01);血浆ET1水平降低(P<0.01),NO水平升高(P<0.01),ET/NO平衡受到破坏。结论:金果胃康颗粒具有保护胃黏膜的作用,其机理可能与影响体内ET1、NO水平,ET1、NO平衡失调有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects and possibility mechanism of Jinguo Weikang(JGWK)granule in preventing and treating the injury of gastric mucosa. Methods : 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, model group, Lizhudele(LZDL) group, higher JGWK group, lower JGWK group. Injury of gastric mucosa was established by giving purity alcohol after giving JGWK to rats except control group, then observed the effects of JGWK in gastric mucosa and the contents of NO and ET-1 in plasma. Results: The injury degree of gastric mucosa after given JGWK had a marked drop, the injury index number got lower. The contents of ET-1 in plasma decreased (P<0.01) while the contents of NO in plasma increased remarkably (P<0.01). The balance between ET-1 and NO was destroyed. Conclusion: TGWK granule has the effects of protecting gastric mucosa. The mechanism might be related to the contents of ET-1 and NO in plasma and the disorder between ET-1 and NO.
