螺旋CT三维成像技术联合应用于肋骨骨折

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对30例胸部创伤患者进行X线平片和螺旋CT容积扫描,原始轴位图像传输至工作站进行MPR、MIP和SSD重建,分析比较各种技术图像在显示骨折数目、骨折线、碎骨片移位和空间关系等方面的优势。结果30例共51根肋骨骨折,X线平片显示39根,3根不能确认,9根未显示;轴位CT结合三维重建显示全部肋骨骨折。结论螺旋CT结合三维重建可清晰显示各种类型和不同部位的肋骨骨折,是X线平片检查的有力补充,尤其是临床高度怀疑肋骨骨折而平片未能发现时,进行螺旋CT扫描是必需的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice CT(MSCT)in diagnosis lf rib fracture.Methods Thirty patients with chest trauma were examined with MSCT and conventional X-ray examination.All the source image were transferred into CT 3D workstations,costicartilage were imaged by postprocessing software such as multiplanar reconstructions (MPR),maximum intensit projection(MIP),surface shade display(SSD).Comparative and analysis the advantages of various images in shows that the number of fractures,fracture lines,bone-shift and space relations.Results The rib fractures totaled 51 in 30 cases.MSCT combining 3D reconstruction images could show all rib fracture,X-ray examination could detect 39 rib fracture,suspected rib fracture totaled 3,rib fracture in 5 cases were unrevealed on radiographs.Conclusion MSCT axial images combining 3D reconstruction ,the fracture could be showed cleary,MSCT was an important supplement to radiography on rib fracture, when rib fracture was suspected and X-ray films could not be found, it was necessary to take spiral CT scan.
