色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的手术治疗效果

①目的 探讨色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的手术治疗方法。②方法 1991～2000年我院共手术治疗32例色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎，11例行关节切开滑膜切除术，21例行关节镜下滑膜切除术。③结果 病人术后随访2～9年，2例关节切开滑膜切除术后2～3年复发而改行关节镜手术，其余未见复发。④结论 色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎手术彻底切除效果可靠，早期关节镜检查及镜下滑膜切除术优于传统开放性关节切开术。

EFFECT OF SURGICAL OPERATION ON PIGMENTED VILLONODULAR SYNOVITIS

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment on pigmented villonodular synovitis. Methods Thirty-two cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis admitted from 1991 to 2000 were reviewed, in which 11 were treated by traditional synovectomy, and 21 by arthroscopic synovectomy. Results All the patients were followed up for two to nine years postoperatively. No recurrence was found in those treated through an arthroscope except the two treated by traditional synovectomy recurred after two to three years and were then reoperated arthroscopically. Conclusion The pigmented villonodular synovitis can be cured by surgery. The arthroscopic synovectomy is more effective than the traditional open transarticular approach.
