| 摘 要： | 目的:考查新药白眉蛇毒血凝酶在不同的消化道出血中的疗效。方法:将100例上消化道出血患者按不同的疾病进行分类,用白眉蛇毒血凝酶1kU,2次/d肌肉注射,连续3d。结果:对消化道出血总的有效率为90%,其中以消化性溃疡组疗效最佳,肝癌组疗效最差,总有效率分别为94.1%和40.0%。结论:白眉蛇毒血凝酶止血作用迅速可靠,无明显毒副作用,给药途径广,在临床止血治疗中值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the hemostasia effect of hemocoagulase for injection in kinds of bleeding of the gastro intestinal tract.Methods: 100 patients sorted by kinds of disease were intramuscular injected with hemocoagulase for injection 1kU twice a day for 3 days.Results: The hemocoagulase for injection reacted best to the peptic ulcer with 94.1% actovoty ratio,however,worse to the liver cancer with 40.0% actovoty ratio,and the totally actovoty ratio was 90.0%.Conclusion: Hemocoagulase for injection can response to the bleeding of the gastro intestinal rapidly without obviously side effect,therefore it is worth applying broadly in the treatment of bleeding. |
