摘    要:目的 :研究冰茶栓对吗啡依赖大鼠蓝斑Fos蛋白表达的影响。方法 :采用连续 15dSC吗啡 ,建立大鼠吗啡依赖模型 ,分成 3组 :造模组、NS组和冰茶栓组。各组用纳洛酮促瘾后 ,取桥脑蓝斑切片 ,进行Fos蛋白免疫组化实验。结果 :吗啡依赖大鼠经冰茶栓干预后 ,蓝斑Fos蛋白免疫反应活性明显低于造模组。结论 :冰茶栓能抑制吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状及蓝斑Fos蛋白的表达。

Abstract:Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of Supp.BingCha in the geneticindication of Locus Coeruleus Fos protein in morphine-dependent rats.Methods:Through successive 15 days injection of SC morphine four model groups of morphine-dependent rats are established:model group,clonidine group,low dosage of Supp.BingCha group and high dosage of Supp.BingCha group meanwhile,through successive 15 days injection of SC,NS groups are established.Morphine withdrawal symptoms are observed in each addicted group stimulated by naloxone and pons Locus Coeruleus are taken out,cut into slices and make a histo-chemical experient of Fos protein immunity.Rusults:The response activation of Locus Coeruleus Fos protein is much less pronounced in Supp.BingCha group than in model group while more pronounced than in NS group.There is striking difference in suppressing the indication of Locus Coeruleus Fos protein in clonidine group,the low-dosage of Supp.BingCha group and the high-dosage of Supp.BingCha group.Conclusions:Supp.BingCha can suppress the indication of Locus Coeruleus Fos protein.Indicating that Supo.BingCha and conidine have no significant difference in suppressing the indication of Locus Coeruleus Fos protein.
