血HDL－C及载脂蛋白（apoAIapoB_100）与冠心病诊断的关系研究

为研究血ＨＤＬ－Ｃ及载脂蛋白与冠心病诊断的关系，为此，我们随机选择了冠心病患者４６例及正常人３５例对照进行ａｐｏＡＩ、ａｐｏＢ＿１００及ＨＤＬ－Ｃ测定。其结果：冠心病组ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ａｐｏＡＩ、ａｐｏＢ＿－１００、ａｐｏＢ＿１００／ａｐｏＡＩ分别为４７．８７±４．９４８９．１９±４．５５１１３．７５±１２．７２１．７８±１．５６；与对照组相比均有显著性差异，表明冠心病病人血中ＨＤＬ－ＣａｐｏＡＩ浓度降低抗动脉粥样硬化能力减弱，冠心病发病增高；而ａｐｏＢ＿１００及ａｐＢ＿１００／ａｐｏＡＩ比值增高易导致动脉粥样硬化及冠心病。本文还作了ＨＤＬ－ＣａｐｏＡＩａｐｏＢ＿１００对冠心病辨别力比较，经卡方检验均有显著性差异，同时经ＯＲ排序，我们发现对冠心病的诊断ａｐｏＢ＿－１００／ａｐｏＡＩ优于ａｐｏＢ＿１００和ａｐｏＡＩ，而ａｐｏＢ＿１００优于ａｐｏＡＩ．ａｐｏＡＩａｐｏＢ＿１００优于ＨＤＬ－Ｃ。

The Study on the Relation Between the Diagnosis of coronary Artery Disease and Blood Lipids(HDL-C)&Apolipoprotein in serum

In order to explore the relation between the diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD)andblcod lipids(HDL-C)& apolipoprotein,we random choose 46 patients with CAD and 35 normalpersons as controrl.By measuring the HDL-C and apolipoprotein(apoAI,apoB100),we founethat the HDL-C ,apoAI of patient ’s group are significantly edcreased compared with the confrolgroup(HDL-C)47.87+ 4.94;apoAI 89.19 ±4.55),while the apoB100 and apoB100/apoAI aresignifica ntly increased in the Patients group(apoB100113.75±12.72 apoB100apoA11.78 ± 1. 561.78 ± 1. 56).These results showed the ability against atherosclerosis in the patients with CADlowed,so we surgest that blcod lipids and apolipoprotein in serum can be as an importmentdignosis critreion of CAD and the diagnosis value of the HDL-C and apolipoprotein as followed:apoB100/apoAI>apoB100,apoAI;apoB100>apoal;apoAI,apoB100> HDL-C.
